Born in Liverpool, England, I have been involved in football my whole life. From Sunday league, Liverpool FC, and now to the USA where i have been a professional for 7 years and currently play for San Diego Loyal in the USL Championship.
I signed for Liverpool FC at the age of 9 and had an amazing football education that allowed me to train everyday at the famous LFC training facility in Kirkby. Playing for Liverpool FC until I was 17 I got to travel all over the world from Amsterdam, Lake Garda to Abu Dhabi, playing the best of the best. At 17, I signed for fellow Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
At 18 years old I moved to South Carolina, USA and continued my football and academic education at Clemson University. After 4 years of study I left with my degree in PRTM Sports Management and achieved my main goal in becoming a professional Footballer. I signed my first contract with Charlotte Independence, followed by two years in Atlanta with Atlanta United, and now currently with San Diego Loyal.
Having been educated and played professionally in the U.K. and the USA, I have had the benefit of an insight into both soccer markets and the daily challenges that every soccer club faces. I have also had extraordinary insight into expansion clubs and the obstacles that entails. Uniquely, every professional club I have played for has been an expansion team, so first hand I have witnessed the success’ and pitfalls clubs and organizations experience.
